    How you travel, and the furthest you’d really go — on a wet Tuesday in February, not on a good day. We won’t show you a job you can’t get to.

  3. Step 03

    Read your list

    Every apprenticeship near you, best fit first. Each one shows which of your skills matched, which didn’t, and what would move it up the list.

  4. Step 04

    Answer out loud

    The same questions on every apprenticeship, set by us, not by the employer. Film a short answer, send a voice note, or type it — whichever you prefer.

Match puts you in front of a person and explains why you’re there. It can’t reject you. Only the employer can, and they have to look at you first.

If you’re under 18

Nothing goes to an employer until a parent or carer says yes.

Build your profile, read your list and record your answers — nobody else sees any of it. When you’re ready to apply, we email the parent or carer you choose and wait for them to agree. They can read exactly what would be sent, and they can withdraw it later.
