The safeguarding policy is still being finalised and is not published yet. Match is not open to the public while that is outstanding.
What the product already does
- An employer signs a safer-recruitment declaration before they can see candidates at all. Not a tick box on a form - the database refuses to return candidates without it.
- A company is set up by hand, after a conversation. Nobody registers themselves into a position to contact young people.
- Under-18 applications wait for a parent or carer.
If something is wrong right now
Tell the person who set your account up, straight away. If a young person is in immediate danger, call 999.
